These terms of service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of lectabit.com and the digital products offered through it (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Alecta Labs LLC ("Alecta Labs", "we", "us"), of which lectabit is a service. By accessing the Service or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
lectabit is a platform that offers digital products — such as templates and tools — created or distributed by Alecta Labs LLC. Each product may have its own additional terms, which are made available with that product and prevail in case of conflict on product-specific matters.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service or make a purchase.
3. Purchases and payment
- Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time before purchase.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details; your payment is subject to the provider's own terms and privacy policy.
- Once payment is confirmed, you receive access to the purchased digital product, typically by email and/or an access link.
4. License to use digital products
Unless a product states otherwise, when you buy a digital product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly share, or claim authorship of the product or its templates.
5. Refunds
Purchases may be eligible for a refund as described in our refund policy. Where a product offers a satisfaction guarantee, the terms of that guarantee apply.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, the lectabit name and wordmark, and all products and content are owned by Alecta Labs LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your license does not transfer ownership of anything.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it through unauthorized means, or use it for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.
8. Disclaimers
The Service and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Our digital products are organizational tools and do not constitute financial, tax, legal, or professional advice. Decisions you make based on them are your own responsibility.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alecta Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Estos términos del servicio ("Términos") regulan tu acceso y uso de lectabit.com y de los productos digitales ofrecidos a través de él (el "Servicio"). El Servicio es operado por Alecta Labs LLC ("Alecta Labs", "nosotros"), de la cual lectabit es un servicio. Al acceder al Servicio o comprar un producto, aceptás estos Términos.
1. El Servicio
lectabit es una plataforma que ofrece productos digitales —como plantillas y herramientas— creados o distribuidos por Alecta Labs LLC. Cada producto puede tener sus propios términos adicionales, que se ponen a disposición junto con ese producto y prevalecen en caso de conflicto sobre asuntos específicos del producto.
2. Elegibilidad
Debés tener al menos 18 años, o la mayoría de edad en tu jurisdicción, y capacidad para celebrar un contrato vinculante para usar el Servicio o realizar una compra.
3. Compras y pago
- Los precios se muestran al finalizar la compra y pueden cambiar en cualquier momento antes de la compra.
- Los pagos son procesados por proveedores de pago externos. No almacenamos los datos completos de tu tarjeta; tu pago está sujeto a los términos y a la política de privacidad del proveedor.
- Una vez confirmado el pago, recibís acceso al producto digital comprado, normalmente por correo electrónico y/o un enlace de acceso.
4. Licencia de uso de los productos digitales
Salvo que el producto indique lo contrario, al comprar un producto digital recibís una licencia personal, no exclusiva e intransferible para tu propio uso. No podés revender, redistribuir, sublicenciar, compartir públicamente ni atribuirte la autoría del producto o sus plantillas.
5. Reembolsos
Las compras pueden ser elegibles para un reembolso según nuestra política de reembolsos. Cuando un producto ofrece una garantía de satisfacción, se aplican los términos de esa garantía.
6. Propiedad intelectual
El Servicio, el nombre y el wordmark lectabit, y todos los productos y contenidos son propiedad de Alecta Labs LLC o de sus licenciantes, y están protegidos por las leyes de propiedad intelectual aplicables. Tu licencia no transfiere la titularidad de nada.
7. Uso aceptable
Te comprometés a no hacer un uso indebido del Servicio, incluyendo intentar interrumpirlo, acceder por medios no autorizados o usarlo con fines ilícitos o para infringir los derechos de terceros.
8. Descargos de responsabilidad
El Servicio y los productos se ofrecen "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad", sin garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas. Nuestros productos digitales son herramientas de organización y no constituyen asesoramiento financiero, fiscal, legal ni profesional. Las decisiones que tomes con base en ellos son tu propia responsabilidad.
9. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Alecta Labs LLC no será responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados de tu uso del Servicio. Cuando la responsabilidad no pueda excluirse, se limita al monto que pagaste por el producto correspondiente.
10. Cambios en estos Términos
Podemos actualizar estos Términos ocasionalmente. La fecha de "última actualización" refleja la versión más reciente. El uso continuado del Servicio tras la entrada en vigor de los cambios implica la aceptación de los Términos actualizados.
11. Ley aplicable
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de los Estados Unidos y del Estado de Wyoming, sin considerar sus normas de conflicto de leyes.
